Peter Lavery is an editor for Pan Macmillan, in London. He has published China Mieville, Hal Duncan Jeffrey Ford, KJ Bishop, Justina Robson, and Liz Williams, among others.

He is retiring as editorial director in August 2008, but will continue to edit on a part-time basis.
